Piper is developed in the open, so the fastest route to a person is the repository: open an issue and it is read. Bugs, missing features, and arguments about how something should work all belong there, in public, where the next person with the same question can find the answer.
If you found a security problem, please do not open a public issue. Once the address above is real it is the right route; until then, report it privately through the repository’s security advisory form.
